Brand new book, the book arrive on time but they should allow express delivery between european countries. 7 to 15 days is too much!

I've spent quite some time looking through loads of books hoping to find that little something, even just one chapter that would support me in my role. This book, quite simply blew me away.
The feedback that comes from the strengths finder website makes me feel like the author has come into my workplace and observed me for a month and wrote a report.
The suggestions on how to use my strengths are so easy to do. I could even say they seem so glaringly obvious they were too close for me to see, and just so simple to do straight away [apart from the career suggestion :)]
I literally had to take a step back and just go... Wow.
This book will be of serious use to anyone who is feeling like they just want to develop themselves but have come up against the billions of books and suggestions/concepts out there, who might be stuck from a bit of 'paralysis from over analysis' and just want a new direction in which to go. This is refreshing, and will keep my attention long term.

It is a nice book that you can use to know more about yourself and how to take advantage and make the most out of your strengths.
The results of the survey are very accurate, and certainly the book will address how to use your stronger capabilities to be a better worker and person.
