This book is a distillation of self-help techniques that most readers of this genre will have come across at some point.
Topics include Health, Money, Success, Friends and Family, amongst others.
Aiming to be a panacea against all ills, the author's basic premise is to turn problems on their head and look for the positive 'flip-side' to them.
Although I didn't find much originality in the book, I found it an uplifting read that inspires you to take action.
All in all, a handy manual that pulls together a good range of useful information.

Really enjoyed reading this book. Have tried several other 'motivational' titles but never got to finish one! This was easy to read, starts to motivate from the first chapter. Really helps spur you on to achieve your own personal goals. Nearly every situation stated could be applied to my own personal events. Have bought for friends and family and high recommend.

I picked up this book after going through a very difficult break up and it has helped me immensely. Not only has it helped me deal with the break up itself, it has also helped me improve my general state of mind and my way of thinking about things. It takes time to learn and I am still learning but on the whole a very worthwhile read.
