its fairly easy to read and has some good advice which will really help you to lose weight. the cd and dvd are a handy extra. if you are a busy working mum like me though, the full dvd version ( 5 or 6 dvd's) is probably a better bet because in 3 weeks i have only got 1/4 way through it!

I am sure this book would be very useful however I was very disappointed to find the cd was jumping!! You get all ready for the relaxing part and the cd jumps and jumps and jumps.... and the point is kind of over!!

As a person of a certain age I find that diets have very little effect for me, even if I am very good about sticking to them. This book offers an alternative approach to the problem which should fit in with most lifestyles. I am following the regime without too much difficulty and have definitely slimmed down (a little, but it's early days), although that is not yet particularly reflected in my actual weight. I live in hopes!

Very disappointed that both the DVD and CD are individual from a series which is not
clearly stated on the description. I was not prepared to continue purchasing the DVds and CDs so had to return the book. The book has very limited information therein and I will probably purchase the older version of this book that does not include DVDs or CDs.
