I rather felt the book was content light and in the main an advert for his DVDs or CDs. There were lots of 'empty' pages for book buyers to fill in. A short course of CBT or DBT would probably be better.

I would highly recommend this product. I feel much happier around food. The 25 min CD is worth every penny if only for his relaxation technique.

its fairly easy to read and has some good advice which will really help you to lose weight. the cd and dvd are a handy extra. if you are a busy working mum like me though, the full dvd version ( 5 or 6 dvd's) is probably a better bet because in 3 weeks i have only got 1/4 way through it!

I am sure this book would be very useful however I was very disappointed to find the cd was jumping!! You get all ready for the relaxing part and the cd jumps and jumps and jumps.... and the point is kind of over!!
