I always thought little of GHDs as they are a branded name but they are truly superior to other makes - these are the best straighteners I have ever used! Because of the two year warranty they are more economical than going through a load of cheaper makes.
I don't use them to straighten but instead tame my curly hair by creating barrel curls - literally takes 3 minutes in the mornings and then I'm set for the day! Great price too compared to in the salons.
Although the box was a little frayed they were otherwise in perfect condition, the blue case it comes in is very handy as it is heat resistant. The black travel case is very bulky however and I won't use it because it takes up too much room!

I had a GHD mini styler before and it was excellent. After years of daily use it started giving me problems so I decided to upgrade to this new one. It works even better and the look and feel of the coloured GHD is great. The shade of blue is not what I had imagined and actually looks more like turquoise, but it is great nonetheless. Worth every penny! I will never use another brand of hair straighteners!

Bought these funky straighteners as a birthday gift for my daughter. She loves them! They are so light and smooth compared to my Mark IV GHD's which are just a year old. Definitely a good buy.

These straighteners are fabulous as you would expect from GHD. The colour is stunning, although it did take quite a while to choose either red, purple, blue or green! Decided on the blue and was not disappointed.
I have had GHDs for over 6 years and apart from having to change the power cable, had no problems at all. These were bought for my daughters 16th birthday (so she stops pinching mine) and her eyes lit up when she opened them. A heat mat is a must, trust me I have left mine on the dressing table before now!! The case is like the most glamourous oversized glasses case you have ever seen, along with diamonte!
Not a cheap purchase, but worth it considering the time they last. They dont damage your hair nearly as much as cheaper straighteners, so fewer trims at the hairdressers.
